While in the area, I got to go to famous Round Top, Texas - the itty bitty country town that is hidden off the main highway between Austin and Houston. Why famous? Well, for over 40 years it's been home to the antique and flea market capital of Texas! And that says ALOT! In a state Texas' size, you can bet there's lots of stuff to sift through or sell!
One of my favorite 'stumble upons' was 'The Caterpillar' - a garden/landscape company that loved the color pink as much as I do!
The vintage orange sign,"Caterpillar', was a great attraction...
...as was her decorated guitar collection!
But it was my favorite fun vendor,'Junk Gypsy' that had the 'queen' of couture....
...a rhinestone cow (girl)!
And then there's 'Large Marge', the pink suburban with horns....
...and 'Large Marge's' horns have pink tips, too!....
Aimee and Jolie, The Junk Gypsy girls, make 'junkin' look fun...

...But now I'm off to enjoy Easter, and wait patiently for the Junk Gypsies to go on television in May, with their first show on HGTV! Just goes to show, you can never have too much junk! (Way to go girls!)
See ya back here real soon!
Cheers,
